A system that analyzes and processes sound signals to detect impact, estimate mineral filling and grading levels for grinding process in SAG and ball grinders.

ImpactFinder®

ImpactFinder® is a sound analyzer for SAG and ball grinders, which helps to obtain the level of filling and the internal adjustment of the grinder load.

It enables the calibration of a capacity model (tons per hour) of the grinding circuit based on the wear conditions of the grinder's internal components and the process variables, for optimal tonnage control.

Short-circuit detection in electrolytic cells, which enables correcting the causes and protecting the assets of the facility.

HOT-SPOTS MONITOR

A system of thermographic cameras for monitoring the development of short circuits in electrolytic cells, so that the causes can be corrected in order to protect facility assets.

These short circuits can be determined through the thermographic sight technology, placing high-resolution cameras on the unit to continuously monitor the temperatures at electrolysis cells.

This provides an effective solution for detecting hot spots outside the allowable range, which may potentially cause a short circuit, thus benefiting an efficient energy-consumption required in the process.
